Traditional Christmas Puddings - Gluten-Free

Back for their 4th year, the Bee & Bear Christmas Puddings have sold out each year, and last year I introduced a gluten-free pudding which proved just as popular.

They are dark, rich and generously boozy.  The puddings are made in small batches by hand, the same way I made them when I was doing half a dozen for friends and family - the fruit is soaked in brandy for a week, the breadcrumbs are made from real bread here in my kitchen, and the ingredients are all mixed by hand, by me, before steaming in the Aga overnight.

All puddings will be posted between 2-19 December.

Choose from one of the following sizes:

XL (8-12 people); L (5-8 people); M (2-4 people); S (1-2 people)
