Back for their third year, the Bee & Bear Christmas Puddings have sold out every time.
They are dark, rich and generously boozy. I make the puddings the same way I made them when I was doing a handful for friends and family - the fruit is soaked in brandy for a week, the breadcrumbs are made from real bread here in my kitchen, and the ingredients are all mixed by hand, by me, before steaming in the Aga overnight.
